Quality Management System (“QMS”) SAHA has a company-wide QMS which meets the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2008 and is applied throughout the company. Our QMS has been successfully audited in each of our offices by SAI-Global, and SAHA has been awarded Quality Certification to the International Standard for 2007-2010.
The SAHA QMS is built on our underlying business approach:

g) A Factual Approach to Decision Making;

Our QMS includes the following elements:
1. A Statement of our Quality Policy and Quality
Objectives;
2. A Quality Manual describing our approach to delivering
on the Quality Policy and Objectives;
3. A set of Standard Operating Procedures which will be
followed by all staff. These include the six mandatory
procedures required by the Standard:
a) Document and Data Control;
b) Control of Quality System Records and Data;
c) Internal Audit process;
d) Control of non-conformity;
e) Corrective Action; and
f) Preventive Action.
4. There are a further six operating procedures.
5. A Management Review Team to oversee the operation
and continued effectiveness of our Quality
Management.
