Tim is the partner in charge of SAHA’s transport practice in Australasia.  He was previously a Principal in the utilities consulting team of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and its predecessor, Ernst & Young.  Prior to joining Saha International Limited, Tim held senior business development roles with National Express Group Australia, an international passenger transport operator and Tranz Rail, a rail freight company.  He was also a senior executive in the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.  Tim specialises in providing corporate advisory services, strategic and contracting advice to the transportation sector.
