Luke is a Partner of Saha International and head of Saha International Corporate Finance.  He has over ten years of consulting experience with major finance, strategy and infrastructure projects.   Prior to joining Saha International, Luke was a Technical Director at Booz Allen & Hamilton, a Senior Manager/Associate Director at Andersen, where he was responsible for the development of a Finance and Infrastructure Advisory practice.   Luke has significant experience in providing commercial and financial advice to industry, corporate and government clients in all aspects of:  project finance, investment analysis, capital and debt structuring, credit and risk assessment-management-mitigation, economic appraisals and commercial negotiations.
