A Partner of SAHA with nearly twenty years of advisory experience, Jonathan is a highly experienced consultant in the field of public transport service contract design and implementation. He joined SAHA from his own practice which provided strategic and policy advice to government and corporate clients. Previously, Jonathan was Head of Business Strategy for National Express Group (Australia) Limited, an international passenger transport company with operations in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.  He was a Director in the Government project team responsible for restructuring and franchising Victoria’s freight and passenger rail industry and  an Assistant Director at the Office of Passenger Rail Franchising in the UK. He has a law degree and trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London.
