A Partner in our Johannesburg office, Neil’s primary role is consulting on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) systems including preparing business plans and tenders for clients.  Additional services Neil offers include: solutions in change management; business optimisation; organisation development; information management; project management; logistic management; and logistic information system market.  Neil has served on the boards of a number of companies and has more than 20 years IT experience, mostly in transponder and smartcard technology.  He is currently convenor of the SABS SC 71H dealing with intelligent transport system standards and is the head of the South African delegation to ISO/TC 204 as well as the South African expert to TC 204 Work Group 8 dealing with Public Transport.
