Tim is a Partner and a senior member of Saha International’s Transport Group. He is an experienced advisor in the areas of transport policy, pricing, structural reform, service delivery and infrastructure development. Tim has previously held senior executive roles within the Queensland and NSW Governments. He has advised on rail, freight and passenger, pricing, funding, industry reform and service contracts, and has also developed and delivered complex transport projects. Within the Queensland Government he undertook a role in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet focused on international trade for a specific industry sector.

Previously, he was a transportation advisor with a large infrastructure-consulting firm, including a period with its associate firm in London, and a training consultant in the Republic of Ireland.
