The Corporate Finance Group consists of a team of nationally and internationally recognised professionals with extensive industry experience in SAHA’s traditional markets of electricity, gas, water, electronic transactions, transport, government and infrastructure. Our industry specialists are unique in their capacity to bring together practical, industry specific experience with specialist advisory services to provide clients with solutions for a wide range of business and corporate finance issues. The Group has the capability to offer clients an integrated service having the advantage of ready access to other specialist services within SAHA, including strategic restructuring, regulatory pricing, trading and technical due diligence.
